The initial consultation begins at our office, we will discuss with you and your partner the aspects of the gardens and living space of your property you like, dislike and what you would ultimately like to achieve.At this meeting we ask that you to bring all ideas under consideration, essentially your “wish list”.  This broad view allows our professionals to put a conceptual plan together that will satisfy your current and long range goals and needs.  We ask that you review and complete our customer profile to help guide us through the process of envisioning improvements to your outdoor living space.

With a clear understanding of the scope of the project, we are ready to design a conceptual site plan.  Our fees for design services vary depending on your property’s requirements.  Fees are based on time required to develop a functional plan that meets your satisfaction for the project.  At the initial consultation, we will provide you with a design agreement and price schedule for this service.
