Martin Nursery is unique in the fact that we are a field production nursery. We produce many of the ornamental trees that we install in our designs.  We have 68 acres to grow and stock our plants at our Tewksbury and East Amwell farms.  We have been growing on and developing our farms since 1999 and are in a complete cycle of planting and harvesting trees on an annual basis.

Growing our own trees allows us to provide the freshest locally grown material to our clients.  A tree that has been grown from a sapling in the same local climate that it will be transplanted in reduces shock and acclamation periods t the plants.  By growing our own trees we are able to select the varieties of trees best suited for foliage, flowers, color, and stress resistance to produce and provide our clients.
